I started in the build world with Guinovart Design & Development, working on design and construction projects. That taught me how a business actually runs: bids, schedules, crews, follow-up and a hundred small tasks that decide whether a job goes well.
When AI agents got good enough to do real work, I didn't write about it. I rebuilt my own companies to run that way. AI HQ came out of it.
