These terms cover anything you buy from AI HQ by Don Alpha, run by AI HQ by Don Alpha ("we", "us"). By buying, you agree to them.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. One-time purchases are charged once. Subscriptions (community and monthly care) renew automatically each month on the date you signed up until you cancel.
If you choose Growth HQ for 3 payments of $1,397, you are charged once a month for 3 months. The plan ends automatically after the 3rd payment. No further charges are made. If a payment fails, we may pause work until it is paid.
You can cancel the community or monthly care at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time in a period.
After you buy, we contact you to book a kickoff call. Delivery depends on you giving us the access and information we ask for. Your tools, accounts and third-party services (and their fees) stay yours and are your responsibility.
Skill cards and training are for you and your own business. Do not resell or share them publicly.
We do not promise income, revenue or business results. Any trading content is education only and not financial advice. AI tools can make mistakes. Review what your agents do before you rely on it.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service involved.
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you bought applies to that purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the US state where the business is registered, as shown on your receipt.
