What If Your Business Had a Team That Never Clocked Out? Meet AI HQ
I am Jorge Guinovart, also known as Don Alpha, and I founded AI HQ for one reason. I run my own companies with a team of AI agents, and I got tired of explaining to other owners how it works. It was faster to build it for them.
AI HQ builds done-for-you AI agent command centers for business owners. You get a team of agents organized like a real company, set up around your business, with you in the approval seat.
The owner's problem
If you own a small business, you are probably the salesperson, the marketer, the bookkeeper and customer service, all before lunch. The work that grows the company gets pushed to 11 PM, or it never happens.
Hiring for every role is expensive and slow. Doing it all yourself does not scale. AI tools help, but most of them still leave you carrying every task from start to finish. You ask, you copy, you paste, you follow up.
What a command center actually is
A command center is the place where your AI agent team works and where you stay in charge. It has four parts:
- Departments. Sales, marketing, operations, finance, support and content. Each one has a clear scope.
- Lead agents. Every department has a lead that hands out work, checks it and reports up.
- A shared brain. Notes, files and rules every agent can read, so they stop asking you the same question.
- An approval queue. Anything that spends money, goes out in public or talks to a customer in a new way waits for your yes.
That last piece is the one most people skip, and it is the reason the whole thing works. The agents move fast. You keep control. I wrote more about this in What an AI Agent Command Center Is.
A normal day with an agent team
Here is the shape of a day. This is an illustration, not a result from a specific client.
Morning. A chief of staff agent has read overnight email, checked the calendar and pulled anything urgent to the top. You get one short note with suggested next steps.
Midday. The sales agent has drafted follow-ups to new leads. The marketing agent has a post ready. Operations flagged an overdue invoice. Each item is waiting in your queue.
Afternoon. You spend fifteen minutes approving, editing or saying no. The team carries out what you approved.
Evening. You get a short summary of what got done and what is waiting on you.
The full walkthrough is in How an AI Agent Team Runs a Small Business.
Who it is for
AI HQ is built for owners who are the bottleneck in their own business. We have written guides for specific kinds of businesses:
- AI agents for contractors and home services
- AI agents for real estate agents and brokers
- AI agents for restaurants and local shops
- AI agents for coaches, consultants and agencies

Done for you means done for you
Plenty of people can tell you AI agents are powerful. Fewer will set up the team, write the rules, connect the tools and hand you something that works on Monday morning. That is the job AI HQ does.
We start small. One department, one lead, one approval queue. When that runs without you watching, we add the next one. It is the same way I built my own team, and it is the way I recommend to everyone.
What stays human
I am direct about this with every owner I talk to. AI agents are great at repeatable work: research, drafts, follow-ups, reports and keeping track of things. They are not the right place for final decisions about money, reputation or relationships. Those stay with you. A good command center makes those decisions faster and easier, not automatic.
Why I built it in public
I share how my own agent team runs on X and YouTube, mistakes included, because I think most business owners will run their companies this way within a few years. The ones who start now will have a real head start.
